Where are your prints made?

What kind of paper do you print on?

Epson Photo Luster 260 archival paper

Do you offer any other sizes that aren’t listed in the shop?

The sizes you see in the shop are the only ones I currently offer. Please contact me to inquire about custom orders.

Why don’t you offer the same sizes for every print?

Sizes are selected based on cropping, resolution and image type.

Do the print images in your shop accurately display what the print will look like in person?

have done my best to accurately show what each size will look like in person. All of the images in the shop have a white border around it that will help you to frame it properly.

Do you offer framing?

Yes, beautiful matted black and white frames!

Can I order a print of a photo I saw on maria-corona.com

Feel free to e-mail me with the image and size you're interested in and I'll do my best to accommodate your request!

What are your shipping costs ?

$6 for prints and $15 for framed prints.

How long will it take to receive my print?

Because of my often hectic schedule, please allow up to 8-10 days for your order to be shipped. US orders are shipped via UPS Ground and arrive within 3-5 business days.

Do you accept returns?

I am not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time. If your print is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, additional shipping fees will apply. Please contact me if you receive a print that has been damaged in transit, as occasional exceptions can be made on a case by case basis.

Will I be charged sales tax?

es. 6.60%.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes! It is easy!

How are the prints packaged?

5x5, 8x8, 10x10, 12x12 prints are packaged in a clear sleeve in a sturdy, flat cardboard mailer. Larger prints are rolled and shipped in a tube.

Framed prints are shipped in a fitted uniquely design cardbox.

What if my print arrives damaged?

will do my best to make sure everything arrives safe and sound. However, occasionally things do happen in transit and we deal with this on a case by case basis.
