One of the most delicious things I have made and not-complicated at all is Banana Bread! Anytime is a good time for a slice of Banana Bread! Do you agree?

Banana Bread

Ingredients

2 cups of whole wheat flour, almond flour or regular flour. 

1 teaspoon of baking soda

1/4 teaspoon of salt

1 egg

1  1/8 cup of sugar 

1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil

2 tablespoons of milk or half and half

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla

3 bananas smashed very well

1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees or equivalent on convection mode

Mix egg, sugar and oil. Stir well until combined.

Add the dry ingredients to your mix: flour, baking soda and salt. Your mix consistency will become pretty thick and dry

Next add mil, vanilla and the mashed bananas. Stir until its all evenly mixed. 

Add delicious walnuts!

Make sure to grease your loaf pan with a bit of butter (specially corners) and then pour your mix into it.

Cook for about 65-75 minutes. Poke within those ten minutes your loaf with a toothpick until it comes out clean to assure your banana loaf is all the way cooked.

*if you use regular flour, your banana bread will be super moist and incredible! but in all seriousness, this recipe is amazing with any flour.
